Very beautiful villa overhanging the sea and in a dominating position over the bay of Cefalu, one of the most interesting parts surrounding Sicily. Extensive and beautiful views over the sea and the bay. Peaceful position during the off-seasons, while during the months of July-August the major influx of people in the nearby beaches and rocky areas naturally reduces this peace ful lness. In the upper part is the entrance with parking places for 2 cars, immediately after that the annexe and further below the villa with several terracings that overlook the sea and a short walk through the grounds will bring you to the sea (cliffs with man-made platform on the sea) and the beautiful beach on one side of the villa just a few metres away.
