Property Details
The beautiful house Villa Scoglio is located on the coastline of Cefalù and it has an amazing seaview! The villa is divided into two levels connected by an outdoor stone staircase. Both levels have an amazing terrace where you will be enchanted by the view. The villa is located approximately 1,5km from Cefalù.
The part that is for rent was built by the owner for her daughter and is absolutely independent from the main part of the property, but the street entrance and the private parking are shared.
Upper floor: This is the sleeping area and it has a double bedroom that is furnished very tastefully. Since the villa was built on the cliff, the owner has used the natural rock as part of the walls, which creates a very special and unique interior design. Along with the double bedroom there is another bedroom with two twin beds, that is perfect for children and young people. Both bedrooms have huge sliding doors made of glass that allow you to enjoy the sea view from your bed. Probably you will also be thrilled by the bathroom and shower; some of the walls used are part of the rock as well!!!
Lower floor: Going downstairs one finds the combined dining and living area, and, of course, an equipped terrace for dinners al fresco. There is a kitchenette and a big fireplace. Last, but not least, there is a panaromic window that offers a very beautiful view.
